Hot Air Bubble Inkjet Technology

Inkjet printers generally use hot bubble inkjet technology, through the ink in a short time of heating, expansion, compression, ink jet to form ink on the paper, to increase the stability of ink color, to achieve high-speed, high-quality printing.

 As in addition to the size of the ink droplets, the shape of the ink droplets, consistency will have a significant impact on the quality of the image, while the ink at high temperatures produced ink direction and shape are not easy to control, so high-precision ink control is very important. The principle of hot-bubble inkjet printing is to load ink into a very tiny capillary tube, and quickly heat the ink to the boiling point through a tiny heating pad. This creates a very tiny vapor bubble that expands and sprays a drop of ink into the top of the capillary. Stop heating and the ink cools, causing the vapor to condense and shrink, thus stopping the ink flow until the next time the steam is generated and an ink droplet is produced.
